Üzülmez Lavuar is located on the road leading to the museum. This facility, which was established for coal processing in the region where the Derebaca mine is located, includes a lavuar and a workshop building. In addition, it is possible to see the Eğribaca coke chimney, which is located next to the facility and attracts attention with its curved structure. 

The facility, which has lost its former function, is being unearthed through restoration work. It is being transformed into a campus with culture, art and exhibition centers and a library.

This building, which has an important place in the memory of the city, is one of the most important industrial heritage elements of Zonguldak.
